Mr. Harwell oversees project quality in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. Certified in Construction Quality Control Management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 2010, he joined OHT in 2017 as Quality Control Manager. With extensive experience in commercial, government, multifamily, and high-rise projects, he was promoted to QC Director in 2019 and Vice President of Quality Control in 2023. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with his wife, Holly, and their three children.
