Multifamily development, construction and investment firm OHT Partners LLC will soon break ground on the 315-unit Lenox Grand multifamily luxury community in North Austin.
Located at 13505 Burnet Rd., the 16.4-acre community will offer short commutes to many of Austin’s biggest employers including Apple, Amazon, Facebook, General Motors, 3M, National Instruments, Visa, Cisco and Samsung Semiconductor. Just five minutes from The Domain – one of Austin’s premiere shopping, dining and entertainment centers – Lenox Grand also will offer residents easy access to the retail and restaurant amenities in the 66-acre Uptown ATX mixed-use development now under construction nearby, as well as Major League Soccer games at Austin FC’s Q2 Stadium.
“The number of high paying jobs in this area has increased dramatically in the last few years and will continue to do so as the Domain grows, Apple opens its new campus and Uptown ATX attracts more major employers to this area,” said OHT Vice President of Development Ben Browder. “North Austin needs more housing opportunities for people who want to live near their jobs and the growing number of popular retail and restaurant amenities nearby. Lenox Grand will help meet this need in a highly visible and easily accessible location.”
Scheduled to open in 2023, Lenox Grand will offer one-two-and-three-bedroom units as well as eight townhomes. Community amenities include a shared work studio, two resort-style pools, a pickle ball court, dog park and walking trail.
OHT will build and develop the community. The project team also includes:
- Architect — Davies Collaborative
- Civil Engineer — Pape-Dawson Engineers
- MEP – MEP Delta Design
- Structural – CPH Structural Engineering
- Landscape Architect — Blu Fish Collaborative
- Interior Design — PPDS
Previously known as Oden Hughes, the Austin-based company rebranded as OHT Partners in 2021 to incorporate the names of all three long-time company principals Steve Oden, Craig Hughes and Eric Taylor, the latter of whom has headed the company’s in-house and third-party construction operations for the last decade.
